Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border access and subscription services provided by LrVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If any part is unacceptable, stop registering, purchasing, or continuing to use the service.

Service Content and Scope

LrVPN provides network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connection paths to international websites and related network applications. Available routes, client entry points, and account status are subject to the information shown in the user panel.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Routes may change because of maintenance, regional connection conditions, upstream resources, or third-party platform policies. No specific route, region, or third-party content is guaranteed to remain continuously unchanged.

Account and Subscription Use

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials, subscription information, and client configurations, and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials appear compromised, login becomes unavailable, or subscription information is exposed, users should address account security through the user panel promptly.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but use is limited to devices owned or actually managed by the account holder. Accounts, subscription addresses, access permissions, and client configurations may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with third parties outside the account holder’s control. Automated abuse, abnormal requests, and other conduct that affects route resources or other users’ normal access are prohibited.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in relevant regions involved in using the service. Users are responsible for determining whether their accessed content, data processing, and network activity are lawful. The service may not be used for network attacks, malware distribution, unsolicited bulk messages, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, fraud, credential theft, interference with network facilities, or other unlawful activity.

LrVPN may take reasonable technical and account-management measures to maintain routes, systems, and other users’ normal access. These measures do not change the user’s responsibility for their conduct, uploaded content, access destinations, or resulting consequences.

Payment and Refund Guidance

Subscriptions and traffic packages support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before submitting payment, users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and account information. After payment is completed, subscription benefits are recorded in the corresponding account; payment credentials and account access should not be entrusted to unrelated third parties.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for the applicable scope and process.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border connections can be affected by local networks, device configuration, route maintenance, regional network conditions, and third-party service policies. LrVPN will maintain routes and systems within its control, but does not guarantee that any route, access destination, or third-party feature will always remain in the same state. Users should select routes according to their needs and securely retain important data and necessary configurations.

Interruptions and losses caused by device failures, configuration errors, exposed credentials, violations of these terms, changes by third-party platforms, or uncontrollable network events are the responsibility of the party at fault. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LrVPN is not liable for indirect losses, loss of anticipated benefits, or disputes arising from third-party service content.

Suspension, Termination, and Changes

In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, threats to system security, ongoing interference with route resources, false payment information, or serious violations of these terms, LrVPN may restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate service. Temporary restrictions imposed to investigate security anomalies are intended to protect accounts and service resources.

LrVPN may revise these terms in response to changes in service scope, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updates will be published on this page and take effect according to the update date shown here. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms; if users disagree with the changes, they should stop using the relevant services.
