This policy explains what data LrVPN handles through its website, user panel, and network acceleration services, including the purposes and methods involved. Please read it before using the service.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

Creating an LrVPN account requires no email address; a username and password are enough. The service handles account identifiers, authentication status, plan status, remaining traffic, and necessary security records for login verification, service delivery, account management, and detection of unusual access. When users submit a support ticket, its content, attachments, and handling records are associated with the account so that specific issues can be addressed.

After a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system stores order items, amounts, payment channels, payment status, creation time, and refund records. This information is used for order confirmation, benefit delivery, accounting checks, dispute handling, and applicable financial obligations. LrVPN also collects website visit statistics such as referral pages, browser type, operating system, interface language, and approximate region to check page functionality, improve content structure, and identify widespread failures. Aggregated analysis is the primary use of these statistics.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

LrVPN does not record the websites users visit, specific pages, transmitted content, or DNS queries, and does not build browsing profiles that could reconstruct an individual's activity. During traffic forwarding, only the data necessary to maintain connections, enforce account permissions, and calculate used traffic is processed.

Connection start times, selected routes, and session status are processed temporarily only as needed to provide the current connection and troubleshoot immediate failures. After a session ends, LrVPN does not retain long-term connection logs that can be linked to specific access targets. Account-level traffic counts remain available to show plan usage and enforce traffic rules, but they do not include access targets or content. When users submit troubleshooting materials, those materials are handled as ticket data and are not expanded into routine activity analysis.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. This data keeps pages in the correct state after navigation or reopening and helps identify expired sessions. Clearing browser data may sign users out, reset preferences, or require account verification again.

Identifiers used for visit analytics support site operation analysis and fault identification only. Browsers can restrict Cookies or delete local data through their own settings; if some necessary storage is disabled, login, payment, or account panel features may not work properly.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

LrVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment channel, and information submitted on its payment page is subject to that channel's own privacy rules. LrVPN receives the payment result, order identifier, and status information needed to complete an order, but does not directly store authentication credentials used with the payment channel.

Third parties process relevant data only as needed for payment completion, risk control, settlement, or legally required responses. Users should review the terms shown by the relevant channel before making a payment; each payment channel is responsible for the data it processes independently.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains active. After an account is closed, data unrelated to ongoing service delivery enters the deletion process. Order, refund, and dispute records may be retained for accounting checks, legal obligations, or unresolved requests, then deleted or de-identified once those purposes no longer apply. Visit analytics are retained only as needed for operational analysis and are preferably used in aggregated form.

Users can log in to the user panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through a support ticket. Account verification may be required before processing to prevent unauthorized action. Deleting an account does not reverse completed payments or require the deletion of order records that must be retained by law; any non-deletable data will be restricted to necessary uses.

This policy may be updated as service features, data processing methods, or applicable rules change. Revised versions will be published on this page, along with an updated last-updated date at the top. Important changes to the scope of processing will be explained in an appropriate location on the website or user panel. Continued use of the updated service indicates that the policy version then in effect has been read.
